Knowledge
With over a decade of experience in collateral management, we analyze, evaluate and value real estate. This also involves the consideration of various additional risks, as well as the management of a portfolio of collateral, performing risk management. STMV's principals have a state-approved bachelor's degree in business administration, received in Germany. We are involved in real estate development and portfolio asset management since 2010.
